Abstract

Or facial emaciation and characterized as a composite surgical procedure for removal of fat compartment of fat tissue from bochecha and chemical lipolysis, performed through minimally invasive injective procedures, of submental fat compartment. The objective of this study is through a clinical case report to demonstrate the association of techniques of submental lipolysis and the removal of adipose tissue without the process of emaciation and facial rejuvenation, restructuring the face structure. Patient L.M., female gender, 50 years old, leukoderma, brachifacial, apresentou clinical appearance of rounded face, constant bite of bulging and dissatisfaction with her facial appearance. Initial assessment or indicated treatment consists of surgical removal of adipose tissue from bochecha and the performance of submental lipolysis procedures with the use of deoxycholic acid. Or treatment was started with enzymatic lipolysis of the double chin performed with deoxycholic acid. Apostle or 40 day period or bichectomy procedure was performed. Or use of analgesic was prescribed for the first 24 hour gel pack. The techniques undertaken together will lift the correction of the bite peeling part of the inside of the bochecha and the same time as the facial emaciation. A união of two techniques: enzymatic lipo of the double chin and bichectomy will be a succession of the objective for the purpose of the report of the main queixa of the patient.
