Rehabilitating severely atrophied jaws through the installation of implants is a challenge for the dental surgeon, since they must be positioned in harmony with the prosthesis that will be installed over them. For this, you can use some techniques for bone gain or you can position the implants according to the patient's bone availability. Among the techniques, the most used are the lifting of the maxillary sinus and the All on Four technique. Thus, this study aims to compare the long-term success rate of the All on Four technique and the sinus lift technique in atrophic maxillary rehabilitation. High success and survival rates were found in both techniques. In relation to breast lifting, greater success was observed when grafting with xenogenic material was used, and the technique without grafts showed satisfactory results, but there is no controversy regarding its use. In the All on technique, the failure of prostheses over the follow-up time was very low. Both techniques are consolidated in the literature and present excellent long-term results, it is up to the dentist to follow the indications and technique of each one.
