Abstract

The objective of this work is to show, through a case report, the importance of rehabilitation in the anterior region of the maxilla in a single time in implantology, aiming to rehabilitate the patient with less surgical interventions. The placement of implants in post-extraction sockets with the objective of preserving the marginal bone crests and maintaining or restoring the gingival subcontour using an immediate provisional and soft tissue graft, gives to the patient an aesthetic and functional result until the final crown is made. In this case report, we show the pleasant and favorable outcome of the immediate implant and the fabrication of an immediate provisional prosthesis.
