Abstract

In facial aging, there are important points of studies and practices that directly relate orofacial harmonization with the dental surgeon. With regard to non-invasive procedures, filling is one of the treatments that allow the dentist to work for the well-being of the patient. For dermal fillers, hyaluronic acid is one of the most indicated, due to its effectiveness in retaining fluids or H2O. The objective of this work is to report a case of use of hyaluronic acid in the full face treatment. Patient A.F., 46 years old, female, attended the clinic for orofacial harmonization planning, reporting the desire to have a younger face, but did not want something artificial and exaggerated. Thus, analysis and planning of the case was carried out, involving the use of full face hyaluronic acid. It can be concluded that the application of hyaluronic acid on the entire face (full face) is an alternative used to harmonize completely, effectively and safely, as reported in the case of this study.
