Maxillary sinus lift using L-PRF and Bio-Oss bone graft: case report

Abstract

This study aims to describe a case report, using the technique of lifting the maxillary sinus through the lateral window (sinus lift); seeking to improve the time of bone grafting, the xenograft Bio-Oss was chosen ,associated with the use of leukocyte and platelet rich fibrin membrane (L-PRF) to achieve a better bone neoformation result.
