The relationship of sexual attractiveness between two individuals is strongly influenced by facial characteristics, therefore the smile and everything it represents plays a very important role in people's self-confidence. When dental friction becomes excessive, it can lead to pulp pathology, occlusal disharmony, impaired function, among other harms. If the patient's biggest complaint is aesthetics, dental ceramics should be the material of choice for treatment. Ceramic laminated veneers have the advantage of allowing conservative preparations of 0.3 to 0.9 mm. The objective of this work is to report a clinical case where a gingivectomy procedure was performed followed by the making of ceramic veneers in the upper and lower arches in order to correct the color, shape and size of the teeth. There are several treatment alternatives to rehabilitate function and aesthetics. A treatment plan that takes into account all the patient's complaints and expectations is extremely important for the final result.
