The constant search for fixed prostheses and treatment through dental implants, to restore aesthetics, function and comfort has been increasing over the years and with that new implant installation techniques were necessary and adopted in modern dentistry. The All-on-Four technique comprises the insertion of four implants, where two central ones are installed in parallel and the other two distal ones with an inclination of up to 45o and allows good primary stability of the implants without the need for sinus lift in the maxilla, and in the case of the mandible, without interference in the mental foramen or inferior alveolar nerve. The objective of this study was to carry out a literature review on the All-on-Four technique, evaluating its effectiveness in the recovery of edentulous patients.
