Abstract

Aesthetic procedures, such as facial harmonization, have increased significantly in recent years. The use of fillers with hyaluronic acid, biostimulators and PDO threads are great treatment options for cases of skin aging, loss of volume and sagging. The present work reports the case of a 50-year-old patient with significant volume losses, such as deep dark circles, loss of lip volume and little projection of the chin and moderate degree of flaccidity. The patient was treated with a calcium hydroxyapatite biostimulator, in the middle and lower third of the face, filling with hyaluronic acid in the dark circles, lips and chin and spiculated PDO threads, for greater support of the face. The results showed an improvement in the skin aspects regarding firmness, support and volume.
