Dentogingival prostheses are usually proposed alternatives for cases with loss of periodontal structure, especially in the anterior region of the maxilla. the chance of undergoing major surgical procedures. In this case report, although not ideal, it guarantees a satisfactory fixed aesthetic and functional rehabilitation for the patient who has a lack of elements in the anterior region of the maxilla. Reverse planning was essential to help the case.
