It is known that with facial aging we have several factors such as losses of fat cushions, bone remodeling, loosening of ligaments and muscle fibers, culminating in the loss of facial contours, causing more and more patients to seek us out to improve these losses brought by time. From facial rejuvenation treatments, polydioxanone (PDO) wires have gained more and more prominence as a protocol for the introduction of collagen fibers and tissue repositioning. The methodology used in our study consists of a report of a clinical case with the objective of evaluating the ability of lifting effect and collagen synthesis during 60 days of PDO I-Thread® wires. The results obtained were satisfactory. It is concluded that the initial traction adds up to the accommodation of the tissues and is noted the improvement in the positioning of the cushions and the improvement in the skin and structures is more noticed with 60 days, after the procedure because we have the complete synthesis of collagen fibers.
