Oral health should be considered an important public health measure for the population, with a strong impact on people's quality of life. The objective of this article was to discuss the potential of oral rehabilitation through the All-on-Four technique, using the literature review methodology. This technique is also called immediate loading, consisting of placing a prosthesis fixed on two anterior and two posterior implants, in mesial and distal and inclined positions, on which the masticatory loads fall. Even with the safety of the technique and the short time of treatment, it is essential that the patient maintains periodontal care, with adequate oral hygiene, and, in addition, maintain good bone nutrition, with adequate food intake or mineral supplementation when necessary.
